Universal Swords is a registered name and a trademark. The photographs, product designs, text and other material on this website belong to Universal Swords. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of this material is strictly forbidden.

Products are shown for information. Prices, finishes, availability and delivery times are confirmed only in a written quotation, and an order is accepted only when we confirm it. We deal in handmade products. All dimensions / measurements / descriptions are approximate and may vary from piece to piece. All of our offered products are our own creation and are subject to continuous improvement. Any resemblance with other products would be a purely coincidental. We reserve the right to change the specifications of our offering products without any prior notice. We deal in unsharpened edge / blunt products for display and ceremonial purposes only. We assume no responsibility for injury, damage, misuse or loss incurred by use of any merchandise sold by us.

Swords, Daggers, Knives, Bayonets and Edge Blades and related items are regulated in many countries. The Buyer (Individual / Company / Group / LLP) is advised to check the laws of their own country before placing an order. By placing / confirming an order you are acknowledging that you are of legal age / status / required registration and paperwork to do so. We will not accept any claims if you have any problems with the importation, and we cannot be held responsible for any non-compliance with your countries laws. All kind of import duty and import taxes or other charges shall be paid by the Buyer. Once the consignment / order reach the destination country’s port, The buyer must complete all paperwork procedures and import related formalities (as per the laws of their country) to receive delivery of the consignment. We will not be responsible for any delays or return of the consignment. If the buyer / consignee fail to do so, he / she will be solely responsible and will not be eligible to claim / refund / return anything.

We only accept Bank transfers in our Company’s Bank account (BANK OF INDIA | C/A : 66xxxx11xxxx144 | SWIFT / BIC : BKxxINBxxxD) in requested foreign currencies ($, £, €, ¥). We share bank details only directly by email / phone and never change them by email alone. Please confirm any payment instruction with us by email / phone.
